Traumatized after witnessing the murder of her parents as a young girl, Sally has grown up to be a cold-blooded killer who gets her inspiration for murders from horror films. She lives a happy psychotic existence with her reclusive, transvestite younger brother Rudy until a land developer tries to move in on their property.
